SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped the same week it is ordered (2-5 days) Once your order is packaged here at the Lobo Chateau it will be given a tracking number. When you receive this tracking number please allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
-US customers: You can expect your items to arrive within 2-7 days after they are shipped. Lobo Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number indicates your package was delivered. If you experience mail theft you must look into the matter yourself by contacting your local US Post Office branch and your local mail carrier.
-INTERNATIONAL customers: If you would like to add insurance to your order, meaning your items will be sent via express mail, please e-mail me before placing your order. It is your responsibility to be aware of your country’s import taxes and duty fees. All orders will be marked “merchandise” on the customs form, no exceptions. Lobo Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number indicates the package was delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or is lost please contact your local post office and customs office.
*You are responsible for providing the correct address and e-mail address upon checkout. If you entered the wrong address please e-mail me at once with the new one. If your item has not yet shipped I can still change it. If your package is already in transit (it has a tracking number) and you wish to change the shipping address you will be required to pay an additional fee in order for me to change it.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final except for clothing which may be exchange for store credit only. If you have further questions about an item or would like additional photos please e-mail me.
